 Our rates:
There is NO membership or registration fee contrary to some other companies and our policy is to be completely open with cost and to keep you informed regularly of charges incurred. If the work undertaken becomes more complex or costly than expected then we will contact you first to discuss before proceeding further.
We offer a free service for your initial email or your telephone call. There is a charge however if your enquiry takes us time to research, or if it involves making telephone calls, sending letters, translating, interpreting, investigating or negotiating on your behalf.
* General work charged at £7.50 per 15 mins (minimum charge £5), there is an additional charge for phone calls and faxes.
* Standard Landline and Faxes 7p per minute
* France Mobile 27p per minute
* Special rate numbers are charged accordingly
* There is no additional charge for sending emails
* For words to words translation, we charge £9 per 100 words (minimum £5). For more complicated translation, please ask for a quote.
Privacy
Any personal information held by French Helpline will be subject to stringent security measures and is safeguarded under the Data Protection Act 1998. We promise to collect information fairly and in good faith and we will not share your information externally without asking your permission first or if required by law.. When using your personal information French Helpline will act in accordance with all current legislation.
